I am a haircut specialist, educator, and now a salon owner! My favorite thing to do behind the chair is transformative haircuts. Collaborating with my client and creating a brand new style for them, that feels authentic and helps them feel fully themselves. The overall aesthetic of my work is queer joy. To me this means loving yourself and expressing yourself authentically in a world that is telling you to do the opposite. The individuality and uniqueness of each person who sits in my chair is what inspires me to create.

Meet our founder:
Heather is a life long artist and has over ten years experience behind the chair. Their favorite things to create are multi-dimensional rainbows and patterns, and anything punk/alt, or anime inspired. In addition to color, they also love sculpting short, textured, hair cuts with lots of little details.
Heather's biggest mission in the salon world is to welcome those who may have not felt that way in a salon before. Their favorite moment behind the chair is the look someone has when they are feeling themselves and seeing what is on the inside reflected on the outside.

Meet our stylist:
Zoe graduated from The Salon Professional Academy here in Fort Wayne and has been a stylist for 2 years. She always knew she would follow an artistic career, she danced for 8 years growing up and spent her free time painting and drawing.
Zoe’s favorite services to do are vivid colors and edgy haircuts with texture and movement! Let’s give you that mermaid or neon hair you’ve always dreamt of! Zoe’s biggest inspiration behind the chair is @mermeghair and she has even taken a class with her this past summer! She ensures her chair to be a safe space for all clients to feel comfortable, confident, and welcomed.

Meet our stylist:
Brett is a Fort Wayne native and Homestead High School alumn. He attended cosmetology school at Art22 Academy amidst the pandemic and graduated in 2021. He was offered an apprenticeship at the salon his school operated and trained there for a year before starting his own clientele. He specializes in hair cutting and has received education from the likes of Industry legend Sonna Brado.
His approach to cutting hair is personal and creative, with an eye for what looks flattering on you. His favorite styles are lived-in/undone billowy haircuts like the popular Butterfly cut, but he has a passion for creating any style with texture and movement. He believes your hair should look as good going about your daily life as it does when you are fresh out of the salon, whether you are one to air dry, heat style, or simply tie it up.

Hannah graduated in July of '22 from Rudaes School of Beauty Culture. She's always known she wanted a very creative and artistic career. Growing up a dancer and being the head of hair and makeup department in her high school drama department, hair was an easy career choice for her.
Hannah's favorite services are any and all dimensional colors as well as vivids! Although she also really loves super textured haircuts as well. Her main goal behind the chair is to give you hair that feels like you, and represents who you are on the inside! You are guaranteed a safe, comfortable, and fun environment in her chair!

Ally graduated from Art22 Academy here in Fort Wayne in 2022. Ally started her career in a curly+texture specialized salon and from the get-go has enjoyed with helping people embrace their natural hair. She loves helping all of her clients feel confident and at home in their hair. Some of her favorite services include curly/textured haircutting, grey coverage color, and cutting in general! Ally is an empath at heart and her main goal behind the chair is to make sure each client feels welcomed, safe, and included. Ally is sweet, kind, and is the perfect stylist for anyone, people who are anxious about the salon experience or people who love being in the salon alike.

Meet our stylist:
Erin graduated from the Salon Professional Academy in Fort Wayne Indiana. Erin has always had a love for creativity. Before attending cosmetology school they graduated from
Purdue Fort Wayne with a Bachelors in Theatre. They found their joy in acting as well as designing and styling wigs. With this new passion discovered; they decided cosmetology would be a great way to express their creativity while bringing joy and confidence to others.
Erin enjoys creating textured cuts such as shags and mullets —especially if they feature some killer bangs. They love to try anything new and creative. They are always looking for ways to experiment as well as have some fun!
